Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Dialer Engineer to manage and support dialer systems and telephony infrastructure for call center operations.
Key Requirements
- Hands-on experience with VICIdial
- Experience in GoAuto Dialer configuration and management
- Strong knowledge of Asterisk
- Understanding of VoIP, SIP, and telephony concepts
- Experience in campaign setup, dialer troubleshooting, and reporting
- Ability to handle server monitoring and dialer performance optimization
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain dialer systems
- Manage inbound and outbound calling campaigns
- Troubleshoot dialer and telephony-related issues
- Monitor server performance and call quality
- Coordinate with operations and IT teams for smooth functioning
- Generate reports and optimize dialing strategies
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Relevant experience in call center dialer management preferred
Pay: ₹321,421.39 - ₹1,411,824.21 per year
