Solace Emotional Wellness Centre is a premium counselling and emotional wellness practice based in Victoria Layout, Bengaluru. We are building a space where therapy is compassionate, evidence-based, and deeply human. We are looking for an experienced and empathetic Psychologist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in providing individual and couple counselling, with a genuine passion for helping people navigate emotional and psychological challenges. As one of the core members of our clinical team, you will play an important role in shaping the culture and standards of care at Solace.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychological assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans; provide evidence-based individual and couple therapy; build strong therapeutic relationships based on empathy, trust, and confidentiality; maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation; collaborate with psychologists, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals whenever multidisciplinary care is required; participate in case discussions, supervision, and continuous professional development; conduct workshops, psychoeducation sessions, and community outreach programmes as required; uphold the highest ethical and professional standards in line with organisational policies and clinical best practices.
Qualifications & Experience: Master's Degree in Psychology (Clinical Psychology or Counselling Psychology preferred); 3–5 years of professional counselling experience; demonstrated expertise in individual and couple counselling; strong case conceptualisation and clinical formulation skills; experience working with concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship difficulties, and emotional wellbeing will be an advantage. RCI Registration (where applicable) and certifications in evidence-based therapies such as CBT, REBT, ACT, EFT, Gottman Method, or other recognised therapeutic approaches are desirable.
Requirements: Candidates must be fluent in Kannada and English, both spoken and written, and must currently reside in Bengaluru. We are looking for someone who is compassionate, emotionally mature, ethical, dependable, committed to lifelong learning, and capable of working independently while also collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
