Role Overview
FloData Analytics is looking for a confident and proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support international business development initiatives. The role focuses on outbound calling, email outreach, lead qualification and filtering of the provided lists, meeting scheduling, and structured follow-ups with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to US-based prospects, using LinkedIn to verify and add context on contacts beforehand.
- Filter and prioritize the provided company/contact lists ahead of outreach.
- Understand prospect requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for further discussions.
- Maintain professional calling etiquette, call notes, follow-ups, and prospect records.
- Manage outreach activities through CRM, Google Sheets, and sales trackers.
- Coordinate meetings using Calendly, Google Calendar, or similar tools.
- Prepare and customize email templates, call scripts, pitch decks, and basic proposals using AI tools.
- Coordinate with technical teams to understand services, solutions, and client requirements.
Required Skills
- Excellent spoken and written English communication.
- Strong calling etiquette, listening and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in outbound calling, lead generation, inside sales, or international sales.
- Good understanding of B2B sales and business communication.
- Ability to understand business problems and communicate solution-oriented propositions.
- Strong research, follow-up, and organizational skills.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lusha, Pitchbook, Calendly, email campaign tools, and AI-based sales tools will be an advantage.
- Prior exposure to IT Services, SaaS, AI/ML, Data Analytics, GIS, Software Development will be preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
