Job Title: Customer Care Executive
We are looking for a proactive and organized Customer Care Executive who can efficiently manage customer queries while handling inventory operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication Hindi & English skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to maintain accurate inventory records.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-in customers.
- Provide product information and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/ERP systems.
- Coordinate with the sales and service teams for timely customer support.
- Handle inventory management, including stock inward and outward entries.
- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure inventory data is updated daily.
- Coordinate with the warehouse for stock availability and dispatch.
- Perform regular stock verification and physical inventory audits.
- Monitor inventory levels and inform management about low-stock items.
- Maintain records of damaged, returned, or replacement products.
- Generate inventory and customer service reports as required.
- Ensure proper documentation of all inventory transactions.
- Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of customer and inventory data.
Required Skills
- Good communication Hindi & English and customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred).
- Knowledge of ERP/Inventory Management Software is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
