We are seeking an experienced IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance) professional with a B.Pharm degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring in-process quality checks, maintaining documentation, and ensuring cGMP compliance throughout production.
Responsibilities:
Perform in-process checks and monitoring during production.
Verify and maintain batch-wise documentation, logbooks, and in-process records.
Supervise sampling and testing procedures and coordinate with the laboratory team.
Report deviations and OOS/OOE events and support investigations.
Verify records for equipment cleaning, calibration, and maintenance.
Implement and follow SOPs, work instructions, and batch manufacturing records (BMR/BPR).
Be audit-ready for quality audits and internal inspections; resolve audit observations.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams (Production, QA, QC, Maintenance).
Provide suggestions for continuous improvement to enhance process capability and product quality.
Qualifications & Experience:
B.Pharm degree required.
Minimum 5 years of relevant IPQA/Production Quality experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Practical knowledge of cGMP and WHO/GMP guidelines.
Familiarity with documentation (BMR, BPR, SOP), CAPA, deviation handling, and change control.
Basic understanding of analytical testing and lab processes is preferred.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.

Strong problem-solving skills and time management.
Basic computer skills (MS Office); ERP experience is a plus.
Willingness to work in shifts if required by production schedules.
