Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
- Maintain employee relations and resolve grievances.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, and company policies.
- Support performance management and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and documentation.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Good knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
Qualification: MBA/Graduate in HR or related field
Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
