Shift - Day/Night
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
- Achieve daily/weekly performance targets
- Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain call quality and compliance standards
- Support sales and customer retention activities
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English/Hindi/regional language
- Strong listening and interpersonal abilities
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Problem-solving and convincing skills
Qualification
- Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
