Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and energetic Field Executive to support marketing, candidate sourcing, and operational activities across Bangalore. The role involves field marketing, partner visits, candidate onboarding support, document collection, and driving candidates or team members as required for business operations.
Salary : ₹ 18000 per month + Travel Allowance
RequirementsEducation
- PUC / Diploma / Any Graduate preferred.
Experience
- 1–3 years of field marketing, sales, sourcing, delivery, or operations experience.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi and Kannada.
- Ability to travel extensively within Bangalore.
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
- Basic smartphone and WhatsApp usage knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Mandatory Requirements
- Valid Driving License (Two-wheeler mandatory; Four-wheeler preferred).
- Willingness to travel across Bangalore.
- Own smartphone.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
