Key Responsibilities :
- Assess client profiles and recommend suitable visa categories based on education, work experience, and travel history
- Counsel students and clients regarding study visa, work visa, and immigration options for Australia, Canada, UK, and USA
- Guide clients through the entire application process from document collection to submission
- Prepare and review client applications ensuring compliance with immigration laws and requirements
- Keep clients updated on application progress, processing timelines, and interview preparation
- Stay updated with changing immigration policies, visa regulations, and program changes
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records and case files
- Meet individual counselling targets and contribute to team revenue goals
