Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior US Bench Sales Recruiter to join our staffing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing bench consultants, identifying suitable job opportunities in the US IT market, and coordinating with vendors and clients to place consultants successfully.

Key Responsibilities
- Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, GC, USC) to vendors and clients across the US
- Maintain and build a strong network of vendor relationships.
- Identify job requirements that match consultant profiles.
- Submit consultant resumes to open requirements and follow up for feedback
- Negotiate rates and terms with vendors and clients.
- Coordinate interview schedules and ensure smooth communication between consultants and clients.
- Track submissions, interviews, and placements regularly.
- Maintain and update consultant and requirement databases.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Basic understanding of US IT staffing and recruitment process.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Familiarity with job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
- Basic knowledge of visa types (H1B, OPT, GC, USC) is a plus.

- Prior internship or training in US IT recruitment or bench sales.
- Exposure to CRM or ATS tools.
