- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and induction.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Track attendance, leave, and employee documentation.
- Coordinate with the payroll team for salary processing.
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Maintain HR reports and MIS.
- Coordinate exit formalities, including full and final settlement.
- Support day-to-day HR and administrative operations.
Required Skills

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
