Profile: Finance Manager
Location: Mumbai (Chembur)
Working Days: 6 days/week; 2 Saturdays off per month
Working hours: 8.5 hours
Education: Post Graduation in finance is a must
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager with an MBA in Finance. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, financial analysis, and excellent communication skills to manage customer financial interactions, invoicing, collections, and financial reporting. This role requires close coordination with customers, operations, and leadership to ensure smooth financial processes and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, MIS reports, and financial dashboards
- Monitor revenue, costs, profitability, and financial performance
- Conduct financial analysis and provide actionable insights to management
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Customer Financial Coordination
- Handle customer invoicing, billing, and reconciliation
- Communicate with customers regarding invoices, payments, and financial queries
- Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collections
- Build and maintain strong financial relationships with customers
Excel & Data Management
- Use advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards)
- Prepare detailed financial models and reports
- Maintain accurate financial records and databases
Accounting & Compliance
- Coordinate with accounting team for accurate bookkeeping
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Assist with audits, GST, and other financial requirements
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with operations, sales, and customer success teams
- Support management in strategic financial decisions
Required Qualifications:
- MBA in Finance (Mandatory)
- 3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related role (preferred)
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, or service industry is a plus
Required Skills:
Technical Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Advanced level mandatory)
- Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
- Knowledge of accounting principles
Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
