We are looking for an energetic, guest-focused, and professional Front Desk Executive to join our resort team in Jawhar, Maharashtra. As the face of the property, you will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
- Handle guest reservations, inquiries, and room allocations.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, concerns, and feedback.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and restaurant teams to ensure seamless guest service.
- Manage walk-in inquiries.
- Maintain accurate guest records and update reservation systems.
- Process payments, invoices, and daily cash transactions.
- Assist in upselling rooms, experiences, and resort services.
- Ensure the reception area is well-maintained and presents a welcoming atmosphere.
- Support daily operational and administrative activities as required.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or any relevant field.
- 1-3 years of experience in front office, guest relations, or hospitality operations preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with hotel PMS software is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and guest-handling skills.
