Job Summary
Manorama Institute of Management and Technology is looking for a dynamic and motivated College Counselor to join our Admissions Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students, providing course information, handling admission inquiries, and assisting students throughout the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities.
- Respond to walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online admission inquiries.
- Follow up with prospective students to achieve admission targets.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams.
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Experience in education counseling, admissions, telesales, or customer service is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
