Recrutifi is hiring on behalf of a client in the medical equipment industry (syringes & gloves). We are looking for a hands-on HR Generalist who will take complete ownership of HR functions, with a strong focus on hiring on-field medical sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, primarily for on-field medical sales staff
- Handle complete HR lifecycle: onboarding, documentation, induction
- Manage attendance, payroll inputs, and HR operations
- Ensure statutory compliance and HR policy implementation
- Coordinate closely with sales teams for manpower planning
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance processes
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of HR experience in the healthcare industry
- Proven experience in hiring field sales teams (medical/pharma preferred)
- Strong understanding of bulk hiring and fast closures
- Ability to independently manage all HR functions
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Salary:
₹30,000/month and above (based on experience)
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
