Key Responsibilities
- Content Ideation & Creation: Brainstorm, script, and help shoot engaging content (reels, stories, posts) tailored for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Social Media Management: Schedule and publish daily content using management tools, ensuring consistent brand messaging and aesthetics.
- Community Engagement: Actively respond to comments, direct messages (DMs), and mentions to foster a highly engaged online community.
- Trend Spotting: Keep a close eye on viral trends, audio tracks, and format changes to quickly adapt them to our brand's niche.
- Influencer Coordination: Assist in reaching out to, onboarding, and coordinating with micro-influencers and content creators for collaboration campaigns.
- Performance Tracking: Assist the marketing team in analyzing weekly engagement metrics (reach, likes, shares, follower growth) to understand what content performs best.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, PR, or a related field (or self-taught with a killer personal social media presence).
- Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of Instagram (Reels/Stories algorithms), YouTube, and Facebook.
- Creative Eye: Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva and mobile video editing apps (like CapCut, InShot, or VN) to create quick, on-the-go content.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for writing catchy captions and hooks.
- Mindset: Highly proactive, enthusiastic, and ready to experiment with fresh ideas.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
