Job Summary
ASM's IIBR is looking for passionate and qualified Faculty Members to teach PGDM students in the areas of Finance, Human Resource Management (HR), and Marketing. The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering lectures, mentoring students, curriculum development, and contributing to academic excellence.

Marketing Faculty – 2 Positions
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging lectures for PGDM courses.
Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
Guide and mentor students on academic and career-related matters.
Participate in curriculum development and academic activities.
Conduct research, publish papers, and contribute to institutional growth.
Support accreditation, admissions, placements, and other academic initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
MBA/PGDM with specialization in Finance, HR, or Marketing.
Ph.D. completed or pursuing will be preferred.
Prior teaching experience in Management/Business Schools is desirable.
Strong communication, presentation, and student engagement skills.
Preferred Skills
Industry exposure in the relevant specialization.
Research and publication experience.
Ability to use modern teaching tools and learning management systems.
Compensation
Salary: As per qualifications, experience, and institutional norms.
