Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment life cycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating, and onboarding candidates across various roles while ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely fulfillment of hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from requisition to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements from stakeholders and create effective sourcing strategies.
- Draft and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.
- Assess candidate qualifications, experience, skills, and cultural fit.
Location - Bhartiya City, Chokkanahalli, Bangalore
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
