- Onboarding New Employees into our Organization completing their documentation and completing file.
- Owning complete BGV Process from Initiating to Completion and follow up with Vendor.
- Following with Compliance vendor for TIC & UAN Generation.
- Coordinating with admin team for ID & Access cards.
- Handholding New employees at 30 Days to 60 Days.
- Attendance Keeping and following up with Centre.
- Preparation of Appointment letter, Confirmation letter, Reporting letter & Promotion letter.
- Issuing of Offer letter, Relieving letter & Experience letter.
- Keeps informed management and employees about changes in HR policies/practices/procedures.
- Handling Employee Transfers & Relocation.
- Conducting the open Forum for employees’ queries & Counselling
- Involve with Manager for Assessment and Annual PMS
- Handling Relieving formalities like Full & Final Settlement.
- Organizing HR employee Engagement activities.
- Preparing Various MIS Employee Master Tracker, Exit Dashboard, F&F settlement tracker.
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
