Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their requirements
- Promote and sell spices and related products
- Handle billing operations using POS / billing software
- Generate invoices, collect payments (cash, UPI, card)
- Maintain daily sales records and billing accuracy
- Ensure proper product display and shelf arrangement
- Monitor stock levels and inform management for replenishment
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback politely
- Maintain shop cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Support daily opening and closing procedures of the shop
Billing Responsibilities
- Accurate billing of products
- Handling discounts, offers, and returns (if applicable)
- End-of-day cash and billing reconciliation
- Coordinating with accounts/admin team for reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree preferred
- Experience in retail sales or spices/food products preferred
- Basic computer knowledge & billing software familiarity
- Good communication skills (Malayalam required; English/Hindi is a plus)
- Customer-friendly attitude and sales orientation
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 70 per week
