Responsibility About the Role : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Panel Sales Officer / Executive / Manager with strong expertise in Electrical Panel Sales. The selected candidate will drive nationwide sales, expand market reach, and develop strong customer networks across India.
Key Responsibilities: Generate new business leads and convert sales opportunities in the electrical panel domain.Handle Pan India sales for MCC, PCC, APFC, Power & Control Panels, Distribution Boards, and Customized Solutions.
Understand customer technical needs and coordinate with design, estimation, and production teams.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up until order finalization.Build long-term relationships with OEMs, EPCs, consultants, and industrial clients.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and contribute to sales strategies.Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Candidate Profile: 3-10 years of proven experience in Electrical Panel Sales.
Strong understanding of LT/HT Panels, switchgear, electrical schematics, and applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills. Target-driven, self-motivated, and willing to travel across India.
Diploma / BE in Electrical Engineering preferred.
