Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Advisor (CFA) to lead financial planning, analysis, cash flow management, profitability improvement, and strategic financial decision-making for a growing organization in the foodservice packaging manufacturing industry.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in financial management, P&L analysis, business planning, and working closely with senior management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor company cash flow to ensure financial stability.
- Prepare, analyze, and present Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.
- Analyze financial performance and identify opportunities for cost optimization and profitability improvement.
- Provide strategic financial advice to support business growth and expansion.
- Develop budgets, financial forecasts, and business plans.
- Monitor key financial KPIs and prepare MIS reports for management.
- Evaluate business investments and recommend financially sound decisions.
- Work closely with Directors and senior management on strategic planning.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, taxation, audit, and financial regulations.
- Identify business risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop innovative financial strategies to improve organizational performance.
- Support long-term business planning through data-driven financial analysis and decision-making.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Cash Flow Management.
- Excellent knowledge of Financial Analysis and P&L Management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strategic thinking with strong business acumen.
- Strong decision-making and leadership abilities.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in manufacturing, packaging, or printing industry will be preferred.
Qualification
- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
Preferred Industry Experience
Candidates with experience in Packaging, Printing, Paper, Manufacturing, FMCG, or Export-oriented Manufacturing will be preferred.
