Job Summary:-The Assistant HR cum Data Entry Operator will support day-to-day HR operations by maintaining accurate employee records, attendance, HR documentation, data entry, MIS reports, and administrative activities while ensuring timely and accurate record management.
Key Responsibilities
Daily employee attendance and leave data entry.
Maintain employee master data, HR MIS, and databases.
Accurate data entry in ERP/HRMS and Excel.
Create and process department indents.
Process cash vouchers and maintain records.
Issue and maintain canteen coupons.
Prepare and maintain employee files and HR documents.
Assist in recruitment, interview scheduling, and joining formalities.
Prepare attendance data for payroll processing.
Handle employee grievances and complaints, and coordinate for resolution.
Support internal, statutory, customer, and external audits by maintaining HR records. Prepare reports using Advanced Excel.
Maintain HR registers, filing, and documentation.
Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by the HR HOD.
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (B.Com/BBA/BA preferred).
MBA (HR) will be an added advantage.
Experience 0–2 Years of experience.
Freshers with strong computer knowledge are also welcome to apply. Required Skills Strong computer knowledge is mandatory.
Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
Good typing speed (English).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of Labour Laws, PF & ESIC will be an added advantage.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under deadlines.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
