Job Summary
As a BPO Associate – US Health Product Sales, you will connect with customers in the United States through outbound calls, understand their healthcare product requirements, educate them about available products, and recommend suitable solutions. You will play a key role in driving sales while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and maintaining company quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers in the US.
- Promote and sell healthcare-related products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers.
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally.
- Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
- Follow company sales processes, quality guidelines, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with team leaders and colleagues to improve sales performance.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass).
- Graduation in any discipline is preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in International Voice Process, Sales Process, Healthcare Campaigns, or Customer Support.
- Freshers with excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Good persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Comfortable working in the night shift.
