About the Role
Linfoi Private Limited is seeking energetic, target-oriented, and customer-focused professionals for the position of BPO Associate - US Health Product Sales. The selected candidates will be responsible for engaging with US-based customers through outbound calls, promoting healthcare-related products and services, and achieving sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing US customers.
Promote and sell healthcare-related products and services.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing effectively.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports in CRM systems.
Follow company sales processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Coordinate with team leaders and managers to improve sales performance.
Required Qualifications
Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Graduation preferred.
6 months to 3 years of experience in International Voice Process, Sales Process, or Healthcare Campaigns.
Freshers with excellent English communication skills may also apply.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Good listening, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to work in night shifts.
Preferred Skills
Experience in US Healthcare, Health Product Sales, or International Sales campaigns.
Strong customer handling and objection-resolution skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
