We are looking for a motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about technology, software products, user experience, and business process improvement.
The Business Analyst will work closely with product managers, developers, designers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, review application usability, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and contribute to delivering high-quality digital solutions. Candidates with an understanding of UI/UX principles and emerging technologies such as AI will have an added advantage.
Business Analysis
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, process flows, and business specifications.
- Participate in requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
- Ensure requirements are clearly communicated and understood by development and QA teams.
- Support requirement validation and change management activities throughout the project lifecycle.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Prepare UAT scenarios, test cases, and validation checklists based on business requirements.
- Execute UAT and verify that system functionality meets business expectations.
- Identify, document, and track defects and enhancement requests.
- Coordinate with development and QA teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Support stakeholders during UAT and assist in obtaining sign-offs.
UI/UX Review
- Review application screens, workflows, and user journeys from an end-user perspective.
- Identify usability issues and recommend improvements to enhance user experience.
- Ensure consistency across screens, forms, navigation, and user interactions.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to improve application usability and customer satisfaction.
Documentation & Communication
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and requirement repositories.
- Create meeting minutes, action items, requirement summaries, and reports.
- Communicate effectively with business users and technical teams.
- Ensure proper documentation and traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, Product Management, or a related field.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with AI-powered tools and technologies is preferred. Candidates should be willing to learn, adapt, and leverage AI solutions to improve productivity, business analysis activities, documentation, testing, research, and overall work efficiency.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and usability best practices.
- Familiarity with design and wireframing tools such as Figma or similar platforms.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of digital products, web applications, and mobile applications.
- Exposure to project management or collaboration tools is a plus.
