Job Summary:
The Team Leader – New Car Sales is responsible for leading and managing a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets, ensure excellent customer experience, and drive showroom and field sales performance. The role involves mentoring the team, monitoring daily activities, and implementing effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for new cars
- Drive team performance to meet showroom and field sales goals
- Monitor daily sales activities and conversion ratios
2. Team Management
- Lead, motivate, and guide a team of sales executives
- Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews
- Identify training needs and support skill development
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement
- Handle escalations and critical customer issues
- Maintain strong follow-up systems for leads and inquiries
4. Lead Management
- Track and manage all incoming leads (walk-ins, digital, field)
- Ensure timely follow-up and lead conversion
- Coordinate with marketing for campaigns and lead generation
5. Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Analyze team performance and suggest improvements
- Maintain accurate records.
6. Market & Competitor Awareness
- Stay updated on competitor activities and market trends
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automobile sales
- At least 1–2 years in a team handling role

- Good knowledge of automobile industry and products
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools
Other Requirements:
- Valid 4-wheeler driving license (mandatory)

Compensation:
- Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹32,500 (based on experience)
