Key Responsibilities:-
1. Customer Registration & Static Data Maintenance:
- Review and verify customer registration requests received from Implementation and CSG teams across branches, ensuring accurate system setup based on approved instructions.
- Perform customer onboarding and maintenance activities while adhering to established maker-checker controls.
- Manage electronic filing and archival of registration forms and supporting documents in accordance with record retention and documentation policies.
- Process user access provisioning, entitlement modifications, and profile updates based on authorized approvals while maintaining complete audit records.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with operational procedures and control requirements.
2. Governance, Compliance & Risk Controls:
- Execute system setup and maintenance activities in line with approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, operational controls, data protection standards, and audit expectations.
- Identify and escalate discrepancies, exceptions, unusual transactions, or potential risk concerns to appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Assist with internal audits, risk assessments, control reviews, and testing exercises by maintaining accurate and readily accessible documentation.
3. Management Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Prepare daily operational reports and end-of-day summaries covering registration activities, service levels, processing volumes, and outstanding exceptions.
- Maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and trackers used to monitor team productivity, operational performance, and service delivery metrics.
- Analyze operational data to identify recurring issues, process inefficiencies, and trends, and provide insights for corrective and preventive actions.
4. Operational Administration & Business Support:
- Handle day-to-day administrative responsibilities, including shared mailbox monitoring, document distribution, and workflow allocation.
- Coordinate the secure handling and distribution of operational materials such as security seals, authentication tokens, and related inventory, ensuring proper tracking and reconciliation.
- Provide additional support to team leads and approvers during high-volume periods, special projects, user acceptance testing (UAT), process enhancement initiatives, and other business-critical activities as required.
