IT Coordinator Job Description
Job Summary
The IT Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting the organization's IT operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of hardware, software, networks, and user support services. The role acts as a bridge between end-users, IT teams, and vendors to ensure efficient technology support and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support & User Assistance
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems in a timely manner.
- Assist employees with system access, email configuration, and software installations.
- Maintain IT helpdesk tickets and ensure prompt issue resolution.
IT Infrastructure Coordination
- Coordinate the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of computer systems and peripherals.
- Monitor network performance and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets, including laptops, desktops, printers, and software licenses.
- Ensure regular system backups and updates are completed.
Vendor & Asset Management
- Coordinate with external vendors for procurement, repairs, and maintenance services.
- Track warranties, service contracts, and software renewals.
- Manage IT inventory records and asset allocation.
Project Coordination
- Assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather technology requirements.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and status updates.
- Support system migrations, upgrades, and new technology deployments.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain IT policies, procedures, and user manuals.
- Ensure compliance with company IT security standards.
- Assist in conducting IT audits and security reviews.
- Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 to 4 years of experience in IT support, IT administration, or IT coordination.
- Knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with helpdesk and ticketing systems.
Required Skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
