Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Welcome showroom visitors warmly, understand their household water/air quality needs, and provide expert consultations.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct live, engaging demonstrations of Coway premium water purifiers, highlighting filtration stages and smart features.
- Sales Conversion: Guide customers through the buying process, handle objections smoothly, and close retail sales to meet monthly targets.
- Lead Generation: Maintain a visitor database, proactively follow up on warm leads, and invite potential customers to the store.
- Showroom Maintenance: Ensure display units are clean, fully functional, and monitor inventory and marketing collateral.
- Reporting: Keep accurate records of daily footfall, sales conversions, and customer feedback for the management team.
Qualifications & Skills
- Industry Background: Experience in home appliances, consumer electronics, or premium wellness products is highly preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to build quick rapport.
- Sales Strategy: Ability to articulately sell health and tech benefits rather than just product features.
- Tech-Savvy: Quick to learn and explain the technical aspects of filtration systems.
- Language: Fluency in the local language and conversational English.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
