Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Telecaller to join our insurance team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining insurance products, and generating leads/sales over calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Explain insurance policies, features, and benefits clearly
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Follow up with interested customers regularly
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
Required Skills:
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of insurance products (preferred)
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
- Strong interpersonal skills
Qualification:
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
