- Manage overall service delivery, service operations, and demand generation activities within the assigned city.
- Oversee the team operating flagship workshops, ensuring they are passionate and committed to customer experience.
- Drive and monitor key service KPIs for the city to ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensure all business aspects are in place, including the hiring and training of the service workforce.
- Manage day-to-end service operations, providing guidance and mentorship to the execution team.
- Responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction levels during scooter delivery and payment collection.
- Achieve projected service volume plans and monitor warehouse operations, including inventory management.
Experience and Qualifications
- Graduate in B.E/ ITI
- 7 to 10+ years of experience in managing service delivery operations.
Skills
- Strong customer-first attitude with the ability to exceed customer expectations consistently.
- Functional understanding of Electric Vehicle (EV) technology and its application in service.
- Competency in inventory management and coordination between local and central warehouses.
- Ability to handle administrative premises management and workforce planning effectively.
