Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets (primary & secondary).
- Manage distributors, stock, billing, and ROI.
- Lead and monitor TSIs/SOs; ensure daily market working.
- Expand distribution in uncovered markets.
- Execute schemes, promotions, and visibility activities.
- Track competitor activity and share market insights.
- Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and communication.
- Good negotiation and market understanding.
- FMCG/Tea market knowledge of North Bengal.
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting.
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate/MBA preferred.
- 6-10 years FMCG sales experience (Tea preferred).
- Experience in distributor & team handling.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
