We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues and guide customers in installing applications and programs.
Customer Support Executive responsibilities include delivering exceptional service by handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and troubleshooting technical problems. The role requires strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and committed to ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving. The role also requires visiting customer sites for on-site implementation, training, support, troubleshooting, and successful project execution.
Work location Preference : KOCHI, CALICUT AND TRIVANDRUM
Pay: ₹1.00 - ₹2.00 per hour
