What You'll Do:
- Edit engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.
- Transform raw footage into high-retention, visually appealing videos.
- Add motion graphics, captions, transitions, sound effects, and music to enhance storytelling.
- Collaborate with our creative team to bring content ideas to life.
- Ensure every video meets our quality standards while maintaining quick turnaround times.
- Stay updated with the latest editing trends, formats, and social media best practices.
What We're Looking For:
- A strong passion for video editing and storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar editing software.
- A keen eye for detail, timing, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
- Someone who values speed without compromising quality.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and eager to continuously learn.
- Ability to take feedback positively and improve with every project.
- A team player who enjoys working in a young, creative environment.
Bonus Points
- Experience with motion graphics and basic animation.
- Knowledge of color grading and sound design.
- Understanding of viral content and social media trends.
