Profile: Sales Executive-Solar EPC-Surat-5.4 LPA
Experience:
1-4 years
(Preferred: Solar EPC / Industrial / B2B sales experience)
Salary Range: 40k to 45k
Roles:
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, cold calling, and industrial references
- Identify potential commercial and industrial clients for solar projects
- Conduct client meetings and explain solar project benefits
- Coordinate with technical teams for site surveys and feasibility analysis
- Prepare commercial quotations and technical proposals
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and close EPC contracts
- Coordinate project handover between client and execution team
- Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation process
- Stay updated on solar policies, subsidies, and net-metering regulations
- Analyze market opportunities and competitor activities
- Maintain sales pipeline and client records in CRM software
- Prepare sales reports and follow-up trackers regularly
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical preferred)
- OR MBA / BBA Marketing with technical aptitude
