Position Overview
The Operations Manager will be the operational backbone of ALIMS across our 3 branches (Manjeri, Kochi, and Calicut). This role requires a hands-on strategist and executor who can seamlessly manage day-to-day physical branch operations, streamline our EdTech platform/LMS delivery, enforce quality control, and lead branch managers to achieve operational excellence.
Travel Expectation: Frequent travel between Manjeri, Kochi, and Calicut is required to ensure consistent standard operating procedures (SOPs), staff alignment, and facility audits across all campuses.Key Responsibilities1. Multi-Branch Operations & Resource Management
- Supervise day-to-day campus administration, facility management, and academic logistics across all 3 branches (Manjeri, Kochi, Calicut).
- Ensure strict adherence to ALIMS' Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), brand standards, and code of conduct across all locations.
- Conduct regular branch audits and operational reviews to identify bottlenecks, resource gaps, or process inefficiencies.
- Coordinate cross-branch staffing, facility utilization, and supply chain/inventory management for smooth daily operations.
2. EdTech & Hybrid Delivery Management
- Manage daily operations of our EdTech tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and digital classroom infrastructure.
- Ensure flawless execution of hybrid classes, online module tracking, digital student attendance, and portal updates.
- Work closely with academic coordinators and tech teams to resolve technical glitches immediately, minimizing disruption to learning.
- Analyze student engagement metrics on the EdTech platform to drive course completion rates and interactive learning.
3. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate campus operational teams, administrative staff, and branch coordinators.
- Act as a central point of contact between central management, branch staff, faculty, and technology partners.
- Foster an energetic, high-ownership workplace culture aligned with ALIMS’ core mission.
4. Quality Assurance, Compliance & Student Experience
- Maintain high standards of student satisfaction, handling operational escalations from students, parents, or faculty promptly.
- Assist in managing offline/online exam setups (e.g., ASAT), workshops, and campus events across branches.
- Monitor operating costs per branch, ensuring efficiency and cost optimization without compromising quality.
Required Candidate Profile
- Experience: 4 to 8 years of experience in operations management, preferably within EdTech, Higher Education Institutes, Business Schools, or Multi-Branch Training Networks.
- EdTech Tech-Savviness: Demonstrated hands-on experience handling LMS platforms, CRM software, digital learning tools, and hybrid delivery setups.
- Mobility & Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Manjeri, Kochi, and Calicut as needed.
- Leadership & Drive: High energy, passionate, and self-driven with a proven track record of managing multi-location teams.
- Problem-Solving & Agility: Strong crisis management skills; able to make clear, data-informed decisions in fast-paced environments.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam.

- Uptime and smooth operational flow of LMS/EdTech tools across all branches.
- Standardized compliance and audit scores across Manjeri, Kochi, and Calicut branches.
- Student and faculty operational satisfaction metrics.
- Cost efficiency and SLA adherence for branch operational workflows.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
