- Handling employee attendance, leave, and personnel records.
- Managing , onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Maintaining HR policies and statutory compliance records.
- Coordinating office administration and facility management activities.
- Preparing reports, MIS, and employee data in Excel.
- Managing vendor coordination, office supplies, and housekeeping services.
- Supporting payroll processing and employee welfare activities.
Skills Required:
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Data Analysis, MIS Reports).
- Good knowledge of MS PowerPoint for preparing presentations and reports.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain records and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
Qualification:
- Graduate/MBA (HR) preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR and Administration.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
