Job Title: Executive Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO in managing daily schedules, meetings, communications, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure the CEO's calendar is efficiently managed, important commitments are tracked, and professional correspondence is handled accurately and confidentially.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the CEO's daily, weekly, and monthly calendar.
- Schedule, coordinate, and confirm meetings, appointments, and events.
- Remind and update the CEO regarding upcoming meetings, deadlines, and commitments.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries when required.
- Draft, review, and send professional emails, letters, and official communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes of meetings (MoM), and follow up on action items.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
- Maintain confidential records, documents, and correspondence.
- Prioritize and manage incoming requests and ensure timely responses.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Monitor important tasks and ensure timely completion through regular follow-ups.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
