We are hiring energetic, responsible, and customer-friendly team members to work across our food & beverage outlets including Nescafe, Waffle Co., and Gianis. This role is ideal for candidates who are willing to learn and grow in the hospitality and food service industry.
You will be responsible for handling daily outlet operations, customer service, billing, food preparation support, and maintaining cleanliness standards. Training will be provided for all required tasks and systems.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Operations
- Welcome and assist customers professionally.
- Take customer orders accurately and provide menu guidance when required.
- Handle billing and cash/card payments using POS systems.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the outlet.
- Coordinate with team members to maintain service quality and speed.
Food Preparation & Service
- Assist in preparation and serving of food & beverages as per outlet standards.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
- Ensure ingredients, supplies, and packaging materials are properly stocked.
- Follow operational guidelines and recipes provided during training.
Outlet Maintenance & Support
- Maintain cleanliness of counters, kitchen areas, equipment, and seating areas.
- Report inventory shortages or maintenance issues to supervisors.
- Support outlet opening and closing activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, café, restaurant, retail, or cashier roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic understanding of billing and cash handling.
- Must be punctual, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
- Team-oriented attitude with a professional approach.
