Hiring: Telecaller – Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
- Handle inbound enquiries and provide information about the company's infrastructure projects and services.
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM/ERP.
- Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospective clients to convert enquiries into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for seamless customer support.
- Prepare daily call reports and maintain accurate records.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate (HSC/Diploma with relevant experience may also apply).
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or lead generation.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with CRM/ERP software will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
