We are looking for an experienced and creative Architect - Urban Designer with 6–7 years of professional experience and strong expertise in urban design. The ideal candidate should have a solid architectural background, excellent design skills, and the ability to develop innovative landscape and urban design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop landscape architecture concepts, master plans, and detailed design proposals.
- Work on urban design and public realm projects, integrating landscape and architectural principles.
- Prepare design presentations, drawings, layouts, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
- Conduct site analysis and incorporate environmental, functional, and aesthetic considerations into designs.
- Ensure projects meet design standards, client requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Participate in client meetings, design discussions, and project reviews.
- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of design outputs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) is mandatory.
- 6–7 years of relevant professional experience in landscape architecture.
- Proven experience in urban designing/urban design projects.
- Strong knowledge of landscape planning, urban design principles, and site development.
- Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and related tools.
- Strong design, visualization, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
