Key Responsibilities
- Counsel and guide students in their learning and personal development.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents.
- Handle admissions, enquiries, enrollments, and follow-up with prospective parents.
- Coordinate with faculty to monitor student progress and overall well-being.
- Address parent queries professionally and maintain regular communication.
- Organize student records and maintain administrative documentation.
- Support school activities, workshops, and events.
- Create a welcoming and positive environment for students and parents.
Required Qualifications
- Montessori Training – Mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Child Development, Counselling, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, patient, empathetic, and professional attitude.
- Presentable personality with strong relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a school, preschool, daycare, dance school, or educational institution.
- Experience in admissions, counselling, or student coordination.
- Ability to communicate effectively with children and parents.
- Knowledge of student counselling and child development.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, Email).
