Drive business generation through direct sales, field sales, references, leads, and networking activities across assigned territories.
- Acquire new customers and generate business across Health, Motor, Life, and other Insurance product verticals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual clients, corporate clients, channel partners, agents, and business associates.
- Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and potential tie-ups to enhance business penetration and revenue growth.
- Conduct regular client meetings, field visits, sales presentations, and business development activities to maximize conversions.
- Ensure continuous follow-up with prospective and existing customers for policy closures, renewals, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable insurance solutions with proper product explanation and advisory support.
- Maintain effective coordination with underwriting, operations, and support teams for smooth policy issuance, servicing, and claim assistance.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets as per organizational goals.
- Maintain and update daily sales activities, lead trackers, pipeline reports, MIS, and business forecasts in a timely manner.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, relationship management, and retention through prompt service support.
- For senior-level roles, lead, guide, and mentor sales teams to enhance productivity, performance, and business expansion.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, compliance guidelines, professional ethics, and regulatory requirements at all times.
Experience Required: 5 to 15 yrs & above.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kolkata, West Bengal
