Job Summary
Orbix Overseas Careers is looking for an experienced and results-driven Branch Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in sales, preferably in the overseas education, immigration, or service industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the branch sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Generate and convert leads into successful enrollments.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular training and guidance.
- Conduct counseling and assist clients with overseas education, PR, and immigration services.
- Build relationships with clients and corporate partners.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the operations and documentation teams for smooth processing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Experience in overseas education, immigration, visa consultancy, or service sales is preferred.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
