About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to coordinate our digital marketing initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen the company's brand presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, coordinating with internal teams, and managing the company's participation in industry events, exhibitions, conferences, and expos.
This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills, along with the ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing, Sales, Business Development, HR, and other internal teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Organize and manage the company's participation in exhibitions, expos, conferences, seminars, and networking events.
- Coordinate event logistics, branding, promotional materials, vendor communication, and post-event follow-ups.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communication materials.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and digital marketing specialists to deliver campaigns on time.
- Coordinate the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, company profiles, banners, flyers, and promotional materials.
- Support social media campaigns, website updates, email marketing, and content marketing initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, printers, media partners, and event organizers.
- Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure timely execution of all campaigns and events.
- Represent the company professionally at industry events, exhibitions, conferences, client meetings, and networking sessions to promote the company's products, services, and brand.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1- 3 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Digital Marketing, or Marketing Coordination.
- Experience coordinating marketing campaigns and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in organizing or managing exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, corporate events, or product launches is preferred.
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar marketing platforms is an added advantage.
