Job Responsibilities :---
1- Perform microbiological testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to detect and quantify bacterial, fungal, and viral contaminants.
2- Utilize a variety of techniques including culturing and microscopy to identify and characterize microorganisms present in products.
3- Monitor and assess microbial growth, spoilage, and pathogenic organisms to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
4- Interpret test results and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders, including production team, quality assurance teams, and management.
5- Develop and validate testing methodologies for specific microorganisms relevant to our industry.
6- Implement and oversee Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) and other food safety programs to prevent contamination and ensure product safety.
7- Participate in the design and execution of challenge studies to determine product shelf-life and potential microbial risks.
8- Provide training to production staff on proper hygiene, sanitation, and microbiological practices.
9- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, scientific advancements, and regulatory changes related to food microbiology and safety.
10- Contribute to the continuous improvement of laboratory protocols, equipment, and processes.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
