Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of program or project activities to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Facilitate effective communication channels among stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Monitor risks and issues proactively, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
- Support the development and growth of junior team members by providing guidance and mentorship.

- Strong capability in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex project schedules.
- Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication across diverse groups.
