We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Service Associate to enhance the movie-going experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will assist customers inside the cinema, ensure timely service, and maintain high standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers visiting the cinema in a polite and professional manner
- Help guests with seating and general inquiries during their movie experience
- Take food and beverage orders accurately from customers
- Ensure timely delivery of orders directly to customers inside the theater
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in service areas
- Coordinate with team members to provide smooth and efficient service
- Handle customer concerns or requests promptly and courteously
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Work Schedule:
- 6 days working per week
- Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
