Job Overview
Pivotal Royal Heritage is looking for a Residential Hospitality Manager to deliver an exceptional resident experience across our premium residential community. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to professionally manage resident relationships while coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for residents and ensure a premium hospitality experience.
Handle resident communications via calls, WhatsApp, email, and face-to-face interactions.
Understand resident concerns and coordinate with Maintenance, Housekeeping, Security, Engineering, and Facility Management teams for timely resolution.
Assign and monitor service requests until successful closure.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure complete resident satisfaction.
Professionally manage resident escalations while maintaining the highest service standards.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintain resident records, complaint logs, service reports, and operational MIS.
Build strong relationships with residents through proactive communication and engagement.
Support community events and resident engagement initiatives whenever required.
Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English communication (Mandatory)
Strong client handling and interpersonal skills.
Professional personality with a customer-first approach.
Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
Ability to handle escalations professionally and maintain service excellence.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/Helpdesk tools is preferred.
