Role Description The Client Servicing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day communication with clients, understanding project requirements, and ensuring that deliverables align with expectations. The role includes coordinating with internal creative and production teams, preparing and sharing project updates, and resolving client queries in a timely manner. The Client Servicing Executive will help prepare presentations and proposals, track project timelines, and support account growth through proactive relationship management. The role requires a strong focus on client satisfaction, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, creative environment.

- Candidates should possess strong Client Services and Client Relations skills to manage ongoing communication and build long-term partnerships.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution with professionalism and empathy.
- Candidates should possess Account Management skills to oversee project progress, maintain documentation, and support contract renewals or upsells.
- Candidates should possess Presentations skills to prepare and deliver decks, proposals, and campaign reviews to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and project details.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, production, and operations teams and manage deadlines.
- Relevant experience in client servicing within media, advertising, production, or related industries is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
